Meet Joshua Collazo, the founder and CEO of Adelphia Holdings. Joshua Collazo has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry and a proven track record of success in the acquisition and management of properties. He started Adelphia Holdings with a vision to create a premier real estate holding company that specializes in identifying undervalued assets and maximizing their potential through strategic improvements and expert management.

Joshua is known for his ability to identify profitable opportunities in various real estate markets and his expertise in managing large portfolios of properties. He has a keen understanding of the industry and is always looking for new and innovative ways to grow the company and generate returns for investors.

Prior to starting Adelphia Holdings, Joshua held various responsibilities in regards to investments such as stocks, crypto and cybersecurity and has gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of real estate development, acquisition and management. He started off buy utilizing the BRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) method to build his massive real estate portfolio before going international.He holds a Bachelor in science in computer technology and a master degree in science Cyber Security and Privacy from New Jersey Institute of Technology , and is an active member of various industry organizations such as the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, Tesla Shareholders Club and Urban Land Institute. Under his leadership, Adelphia has become one of the most respected and successful real estate holding companies in the industry.
