Meet Brandon Baez, managing partner for Adelphia Holdings. Brandon Baez has over 8 years of experience in construction in the Real Estate sector. He holds a bachelor's degree in Security and Risk Analysis from Penn State University.

He is a key member of the team that is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize the return on investment for the company's properties. This includes implementing cost-saving measures, increasing rents, and identifying new acquisition opportunities.

He also has a broad experience in creating and managing investor relations and financial strategies and has a vast knowledge of development regulations for international real estate such as the Riviera Maya in Mexico. Brandon works closely with the acquisition team to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, negotiate deals, and close transactions.
